All products that we see on TV and magazines say that they are the best ones to cure our acne problems. However, backed-up by good packaging and nice advertising execution, this companies will try to sell us their products by can’t seem to say true to their promise of curing our skin problems.

People suffering from acne will surely be delighted to know that some of the best products to get rid of our acne problems are found in the kitchen or the garden. One of the best products to use is lemon juice for acne.

Lemons are known to be rich in vitamin C and also famous for its disinfectant properties. It is being used at homes to remove stains and grease in the kitchen, in removing tarnish stuff from metals and in home health, great for curing dry cough and is also used as a mouthwash for personal hygiene and removing odors.

As an agent in healing blemishes on the skin, you may dab a small amount of lemon juice onto pimples a few times a day to achieve a clearer and smoother skin within a few weeks. Lemon juice does indeed help to clear up acne because of its disinfecting wonders. Its acid breaks down the main acne-causing bacteria that produces acne. The citric acid, known as L-absorbic acid, cleanses clogged pores and makes them appear smaller. It can also help reduce the redness or your acne. In fact, L-absorbic acid is found in many acne-treating products. It is also used to treat disinfect minor wounds, scratches and tears in the skin.

When using lemon juice to treat your acne, there will be a slight stinging sensation that may be rather uncomfortable in the first few days. Acne is not only harmful to your skin, but also to mental health: It would not be nice to hear individuals always mocking you for your acne! Thus some persons pay through their nose just to go for cosmetic surgery.   2. Also another good whole food srouce supplement of Vitamin C that I like is called Truly Natural Vitamin C by Health Force Nutritionals. It is really good. Some other good ones are Madre-Labs Vitamin C. Madre-Labs makes a lot of good wild crafted superfood whole food products. I personally like there Eureka Berries and Coco Ceps products. Very good stuff! For Vitamin D I recommend getting out in the sunlight for at least 25 minutes during the summer and take Cod Liver Oil in winter

    • sometimes what i do is squeeze half a lemon and mix it with 2 teoopasns of honey until its just a golden liquid’ then using my fingers i spread that all around my face after washing it then let it sit for 10-15 minutes while just laying down as not to move your face a lot then wash it off and pat dry obviously with a towel and it sort of gives you a natural glow and also makes your skin really soft
